Monthly Newsletter

I have recently written a post on how to use the Post Notification Plugin to create a monthly newsletter containing any number of posts from the categories you choose instead of just one newsletter per post. This post is a sample monthly newsletter to show you what it might look like on your website. To show only a static set of posts, simply create a new category for each newsletter and enter this category in the list category posts code on your page/post.

My Latest 5 Posts

  • Integrating Wordpress & Twitter

Twitter is one of the best tools out there to drive customers to your website. To keep your website really fresh and up to date, use the Twitter Tools Plugin to completely integrate your Wordpress blog and your Twitter account.=

  • Screenshots + Notes = Blog Visuals
  • Add Subscribe to Comments Option

The Subscribe to Comments plugin adds an option to your comments form so that readers can receive email notification of any comments added to a post they are interested in.

  • Schedule Statistics Reports By Email

If you have a free Google Analytics account linked to your website you can navigate to any section of your statistics, then schedule a report to be emailed to you/someone else every week/month/day. Find out how to schedule a summary, new subscribers to e-newsletter and posts by a particular author.

  • Manage Rotating Banners & Graphics

The Ad Minister Plugin for WordPress allows you to easily add, manage and track banner ads, square ads, text ads and skyscrapers to any section of your website. Add as many ad graphics as you like to each location and they will display in rotation (a different ad every time your readers visit a new page).

If you would like to receive my newsletter once a month instead of whenever I publish a new post, please subscribe here. When you confirm your subscription via a link in an email, select the “Monthly Newsletters Only” category and save your settings.
