Most Wordpress templates are designed for blogs. They allow standard web pages and give you the option of having a specific page as your homepage but the layout is the same on posts and pages. This means you don’t get the opportunity to create a homepage with the wow factor which showcases all your products at a glance.
StudioPress Wordpress themes are built for websites.
They still have the same Wordpress administration system making it easy to make your own website changes and write regular news updates. The beauty of Studio Press is that they have several different templates to choose from inside each theme allowing for more customisation and more wow factor.

Executive Theme
This is a relatively new theme from Studio Press and is perfectly suited to small business websites. It is easily customisable and allows you to present your main product on the homepage in a variety of eye catching ways – one photo, a series of photos or graphics or a video clip. If you are blogging a lot leave the bottom of the homepage showing latest blog posts. If not, replace them with your 4 main products or reas of interest on your website.
